Inspired by my late mother Agatha, who lived to the remarkable age of 93.  Agatha's Traditional Delights is more than a brand, it is a heartfelt tribute to her life and legacy.  

Agatha was a devoted nurse who spent decades helping to bring new life into the world. Yet the true magic was found in her baking

The sweet aroma of her rum cakes and puddings often filled our home.  She never measured ingredients, relying instead on her hands, experience, and intuition.  With a warm smile, she would say, "i know what i am doing... watch me if you want to learn."

To honour her memory and carry her legacy forward, i have used her cherished family recipe to create, Agatha's Traditional Delights.
